For Food Safety training, every volunteer is required to view the Food Safety Presentation and complete a Course Assessment. You will then submit your completed assessment along with the Acknowledgement Form below to apenwell@dncinc.com
Once we receive your completed documents, we will send you a confirmation stating that you have successfully completed your training for this course. If you have any questions, please contact Amy Penwell - Non-Profit Organization Coordinator.
